Reseller Partner Manager Job Description 

Role Overview: A Reseller Partner Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with reseller partners to drive sales and revenue. This role involves identifying, onboarding, and supporting resellers to ensure they are successful in selling the company's products or services. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and Onboard New Resellers: Recruit and onboard new reseller partners, ensuring they understand the company's products and sales processes. 
  • Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to reseller partners to help them succeed. This includes product training, sales coaching, and marketing support. 
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyse the performance of reseller partners, developing strategies to improve their sales and revenue. 
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners, acting as the main point of contact for any issues or opportunities. 
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and the needs of reseller partners. 
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with reseller partners to maintain a positive and productive relationship. 
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to reseller partners. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in channel management sales. 
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales techniques. 
  • Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
