Knowledge Centre India (KCI)

Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Research, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Global Technology Services.

Key Result Areas

Provide support to EZI’s worldwide offices on Assignment and Knowledge Management related projects through leverage of online resources and the EZI proprietary database:

Scan and analyze adverse media reports on prospective to be hired candidates and provide documentation support by capturing all the relevant findings

Investigate high risk details and report wherever necessary, including but not limited to Politically Exposed Persons

Update internal database with the findings on prospective candidates for future reference.

Requirements

Work Experience of 1 to 3 years in Standard Research

Good understanding of due diligence regulations, policies, and procedures.

Ability to manage requests efficiently and in a timely manner.

Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal team members, managers, SPOCs, etc.

Proficient in the usage of tools like Factiva, LexisNexis, Advanced Google Search, etc.

Experience with AML/KYC monitoring and screening would be an added advantage.

Good written and Verbal communication skills.

Ability to interact with Stakeholders from different offices.

Ability to work with colleagues from diverse geographies.

Experience in working on multiple complex projects.
