About Us
At EvolutionaryScale, our mission is to harness artificial intelligence to unlock the complexities of biology for the benefit of human health and society. Through open, safe, and responsible research, we push the boundaries of what AI can achieve in biological discovery. Over the next decade, we envision AI transforming the design of biological systems, enabling programmable molecules and cells. To realize this vision, we are building the foundation models that will empower this revolution.

We prioritize individuals who demonstrate excellence and creativity in their fields, valuing innovative thinking over specific domain expertise. While expertise in both biology and AI is highly valued, it is not a requirement for joining our team.

At EvolutionaryScale, we engage in both cutting-edge research and development in machine learning, creating the most advanced AI models for biology and life sciences. Achieving this requires collaboration between elite engineers and scientists, working together to solve significant research and product challenges. Our multidisciplinary team spans AI research, engineering, biology, and business, emphasizing strong communication and teamwork across roles.
