The primary responsibility of the Process Specialist is to serve as a subject matter expert on various Shark processes and support the team through coaching and floor support. The process specialist is also responsible for extracting, organizing, and generating production metrics data reports that can be used by our stakeholders and as a back-up for the team lead. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Manage the team by in clarifying/resolving team members queries (floor support) and follow-up via emails ensuring timely end to end closures 

• Allocate 10% of the time on production and ensure to maintain 97% quality in terms of data accuracy 

• Proactively identify/communicate any ideas/suggestions with regards to tool enhancements or process improvements and assist/implement process improvement initiatives 

• Monitor production issues and coordinate with the content team with the timeline for resolution 

• Work with the engineering teams to develop, test and implement content collection tools improvement 

• Project Management 

• Helps the team lead in creating and updating reports (EOD Report, Capacity Planning, Peak Season Planning/Review) 

• Serves as a backup for the team lead as needed 

• Communicate effectively with other members of the team, both locally and globally 

• Report critical issues promptly 

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Management 

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• Preferably 24 months of relevant experience, with at least 12 of those months as tenure at FactSet 

• Job designation should be Senior Research Analyst (equivalent or up) 

• A consistent high performer  

• Comfortable with identifying patterns and insights from large sets of data 

• Eye for detail 

• Very strong interpersonal skills 

• Strong process knowledge (Preferably Shark Processes) 

• Familiarity with problem solving and process improvement techniques  

• Technically adept with one or more collection tools and proficient in the use of MS applications (Excel, Word and Power Point) or their equivalent  

• Good written and oral communication skills 

• Has good time management skills and respect for deadlines 

• Has excellent organization skills
