Summary
The purpose of this role is the researching of companies for Taiwan/Korea technology stocks as well as small cap stocks in Asia. Research is the cornerstone of our collaborative investment process; our analysts engage in creative, rigorous and long-term strategic analysis that is the basis for portfolio decisions.
Responsibilities
- Performing industry analysis
- Developing company forecasts
- Making investment recommendations based on a thorough understanding of key company, industry and market issues
- Collaborate with global teams within research department on fundamental research projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years prior working experience in equity research, including in corporate or consulting roles
- Good knowledge of corporate financial analysis, understanding of technology industry is a plus
- Excel skills
- Familiar with Bloomberg
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English and Mandarin
- Logical, analytical, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to prioritize
- Problem-solving skills
- Shares best practice & ideas with others
