About The Role
The Pacaso Sales Team provides best-in-class experience in introducing the co-ownership model and bringing on new prospective buyers within specified markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with current Pacaso owners and facilitating all stages of the resale process. As Pacaso’s Resale Listing Advisor, you’ll provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and consultative perspective to accelerate resale timelines, maximize profit, and ensure owner satisfaction. You possess superior communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
The Resale Listing Advisor is part of a team whose primary focus is evaluating the viability of resale opportunities, coordinating all aspects of property listings, providing sell price recommendations, and facilitating the acceptance of offers on behalf of sellers. In partnership with Market Principals, this role negotiates with both buyers and sellers to ensure an expedient and exceptional sales experience for all involved clients. The role requires a high-level work ethic, real estate acumen, ability to work with ambiguity, and a customer-centric mentality.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Pacaso owners seeking to resell their shares and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the resale process
- Evaluate and ensure proper seller expectations around projected resale timelines and calendaring requirements
- Provide recommendations on share pricing, with consideration for market trends and comparable share sales, adjusting share prices as needed during the sales cycle
- Prepare comprehensive property listings, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively showcase key property features
- Regularly update clients on the progress of their property listings, including inquiries, showings, and offers received
- Negotiate with potential buyers to secure the best possible terms and conditions on behalf of the sellers
- Review and assess offers in consultation with sellers and facilitate the acceptance of offers, coordinating all necessary paperwork and documentation
- Consistently meet/exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide accurate forecasts and executive summaries to management weekly
- Travel 10% of the time for team collaboration, touring markets and support
Who You Are
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales, Real Estate preferred
- Track record of over-achieving sales targets
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Achievement-driven, with high ethical values and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize and be organized with time management
- Works well without clear direction and structure to create the future scope of the role
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a virtual environment
- Strong written and verbal communicator with internal and external awareness
- BA or college degree preferred
