Posicionar el portafolio de la Línea Golden Care con sus clientes para lograr prescripciones.
Cumplir los objetivos de venta y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Administrar sus recursos financieros y materiales alineados a las políticas y procesos de la compañía.
Visita a clientes, farmacias y hospitales alineados a los kpis.
Responsabilidades
- Conocimiento de las áreas terapéuticas (enfermedades) y productos que conforman el portafolio promocional para generar prescripciones.
- Análisis de información de ventas, prescripciones y mercados para generar estrategias de targeting y segmentación.
- Realizar planes de acción que impulsen las ventas de sus productos, dependiendo la necesidad de su territorio.
- Elaboración de presentaciones ejecutivas para la revisión de resultados.
- Ejecución de las estrategias definidas por marketing.
- Rápido posicionamiento de productos de lanzamiento.
- Generación de relaciones a largo plazo con sus clientes y personas clave de su negocio.
- Identificar oportunidades de nuevos negocios y trabajo en equipo con las diferentes áreas de la compañía.
- Administrar y ejecutar su presupuesto.
- Alineación y cumplimiento de Políticas, procesos y KPI´s.
Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas
- Licenciatura (Titulado).
- Experiencia en ventas por lo menos 3 años, de preferencia en la industria farmacéutica.
- Idioma Inglés básico de preferencia.
- Innovación/ Comunicación/ Negociación
- Análisis de Problemas y toma de decisiones.
- Enfoque a la calidad y servicio al cliente.
- Pensamiento estratégico.
- Trabajo en equipo.
