ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)
- Ensure successful distribution of reports, data files, etc. via email and sftp, and maintenance of distribution list
- Manage and monitor reports and automation workflows, and ensure job uptime and optimum performance
- Create intuitive alerts for issue detection and prevention
- Monitor reports and automation workflow infrastructure health on a regular basis
- Perform reports and automation workflow infrastructure capacity planning, and seek approval as required (expansion/reduction of resources, new storage, etc.)
- Act as L1/L2 Engineer for urgent reports operational requirements
- Attend urgent reports operations calls during business hours and outside business hours (e.g. weekdays after 6 PM, during weekends and holidays, etc.) Role requires shift work, weekends and holidays
- Capable of providing requirements, solutions, and updates to resolve known issues in timely manner
- Deploy tables and data pipelines to production
- Ensure proper and documented handover of reports and workflows from development to production environment
- Perform complex ad hoc data queries and provide data extracts as needed by the business in support of operational requirements
- Act as technical POC and manage reporting and data visualization platform
- Manage reporting and data visualization platform performance and implement performance optimization, as needed
- Administer and manage user access and permissions to the reporting and data visualization platform
- Perform periodic business continuity activities and ensure successful completion
- Create and update operations support documentation, and maintain tech and operations support document portal
- Propose and roll out projects to optimize performance of reports and workflows
- Ensure data security practices in different pipelines
QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum requirements in terms of experience and background, skills and competencies for sourcing purposes)

Experience working with SQL required

Experience in Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel required

Experience in Google BigQuery, Alibaba DaaS, AWS Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI preferred

Experience in JIRA and Confluence preferred
