We are seeking a Reporting and Insights Analyst to play a key role in delivering data-driven insights and solutions across the organization. This position requires a strong foundation in analytics tools and technologies, a passion for data exploration, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze data, and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to deliver actionable business insights.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various systems.

• Create calculated columns and measures using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to support advanced reporting needs.

• Support ad-hoc data requests by providing timely and accurate analysis for business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for analytics and reporting projects.

• Gain a deep understanding of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement through analytics.

• Work with teams to define KPIs and metrics that align with organizational objectives.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive decision-making.

• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes, optimize performance, and solve challenges.

• Assist in building predictive models and advanced analytics solutions as needed.

• Assist in preparing and integrating data for analytics projects, including cleansing and validating datasets.

• Collaborate with ETL teams to define data pipeline requirements and ensure data availability for reporting.

• Work with structured and semi-structured data sources to support analytics objectives.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions that meet business needs.

• Communicate technical findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.

• Support end-users with training and troubleshooting for self-service analytics tools.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data analysis by adhering to governance and quality standards.

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies across various data sources.

• Contribute to maintaining data documentation and lineage to support transparency and governance.

• Stay updated on the latest analytics tools, trends, and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation or optimization.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.

• Strong knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard creation.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing data.

• Basic understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.

• Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis is a plus.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

• Strong ability to understand and analyze business processes and workflows.

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders.

• Proven ability to recommend and implement data-driven solutions that align with business objectives.

• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate preferred.

• Azure Data Fundamentals Certification preferred.
