JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the month end close delivery process in accordance with the closing timelines, whilst playing an active role in driving change and continuous improvement in the month end closing process and within finance.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Ensure accounting transactions reconciliation with Management Accounts, and deploy relevant Management Reporting tools/system (SAP FI-PA/BW/iFinance) 

  • Being the main contact point when working with external support team to lead, coordinate and close issues related to month end close 

  • Manage and deliver accurate results and MR packs to Global with support commentary in accordance with the timelines 

  • Lead preparation and execution of Reporting Changes, restatement activities and Business Changes with cross-functional teams

  • Play an active role in driving change and continuous improvement in the month end close process and within finance and identify areas that require improvement.

  • Manage MEC process and actual management performance submission 

  • Drive global management reporting change/new requirement implementation in country  

  • Drive MEC process improvement and simplification to ensure fast and smooth closing 

  • Lead integrated SAP-issues solving across functions. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experiences in related areas 

Skills

  • Proven capability in Management Reporting

  • Ability to problem solve effectively

  • Detail-orientation

  • Possess technical system capabilities (SAP knowledge is preferred) 

  • Excellent communication/coordination skills with a high level of English language proficiency
