We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our Executive Office at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization. As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and presenting business performance insights to support strategic decision-making at the executive level. 

 

You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team to analyze key business performance metrics, develop executive reports, and provide data-driven insights that guide Caseware’s strategic direction.

📍 Location: 

This is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to work 3days a week in our Toronto office located at 351 King Street East, Toronto, Ontario

What you will be doing:

  • Develop executive dashboards, reports, and presentations to track strategic initiatives, KPIs, and financial performance. 
  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, BI tools) to provide meaningful insights to leadership. 
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making across departments. 
  • Assess company-wide performance against strategic priorities and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support leadership in roadmap planning and prioritization through data-driven insights. 
  • Prepare high-impact executive reports and board-level presentations
  • Translate complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. 
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes. 
  • Provide insights on operational efficiency and cost optimization

What you will bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role (Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, FP&A, Business Intelligence, or similar). 
  • Strong quantitative skills – comfortable working with large datasets, analyzing financial models, and distilling key insights. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Bonus: SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker, or other BI tools). 
  • Exceptional attention to detail – you ensure numbers are correct and insights are reliable. 
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations. 
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity – you thrive in fast-paced environments and proactively identify ways to add value. 
  • Strong business acumen – you understand financial statements, key SaaS metrics, and strategic planning fundamentals. 
  • Great communicator – you can explain technical findings in a way that executives and non-technical stakeholders understand. 
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven – you can manage multiple priorities efficiently.
