Reparaturtechniker (w/m/d)

SprintRay sucht einen Reparaturtechniker (w/m/d) – Tier 3, der die Bemühungen zur Verbesserung der Zuverlässigkeit unserer Produkte vorantreibt. Diese Position wird die Ursachenanalyse und Reparaturen an SprintRay Hardware-Produkten unterstützen.


Ihre Aufgaben umfassen

  • Unterstützung bei Produktverbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Kundenerfahrungen, unter Verwendung von Qualitätsingenieurtechniken wie Prozess- und Wertstromanalyse, statistischen Verfahren einschließlich SPC und Messtechniken 
  • Identifizierung von Best Practices und Standards zur Verbesserung der Qualität und des Systemdesigns durch Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und dem Management 
  • Empfehlung, Design und Implementierung von dynamischen Werkzeugen, die die Produktion der SprintRay 3D-Drucker-Produktlinien steuern  
  • Durchführung von Prozess-Audits und Tests zur Quantifizierung der Einsatzbereitschaft  
  • Fehlerbehebung, Reparatur und Dokumentation von Ursachen- und Fehlerursachenanalysen von 3D-Druckern und zugehörigen Produkten  
  • Durchführung von detaillierten Produktinspektionen basierend auf QC-Standards  
  • Beantwortung von Tier 2 Anfragen zu weiteren Reparaturuntersuchungen  
  • Verwendung von Excel und Office365-Tools  
  • Verständnis des Reparaturablaufs; Planung von täglichen/ wöchentlichen Aufgaben mit dem Manager für das Team


Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

  • Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre technische Erfahrung nach Abschluss einer formalen Zertifizierung
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Handwerkzeugen und Messinstrumenten
  • Erprobte Fähigkeiten in der Fehlerbehebung und Reparatur von mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche: Elektromechanik, Software-Interfaces, Netzwerktechnik, Zahntechnische Ausrüstung
  • Hohe Genauigkeit und gute Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
