Are you our new Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist?

As a Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist at Intrum in Athens you will have the opportunity to be part of a highly dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional real estate services and solutions by engaging in various projects for both individual assets and large-scale portfolio

What will you do :

  • Manage the initial leads for sales and leases (coming via phone or e-mail). Communicate with potential Customers to provide the relevant information and material for the assets under promotion
  • Prepare the supporting material for submitting sale/lease proposals to the competent Committees
  • Build and maintain a strong network of real estate agents across the country, through effective outreach and relationship-building strategies.
  • Participate in Real Estate Business Plan preparation
  • Monitor the Company’s media presence, ensuring regular updates
  • Maintain and update lists of available properties

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Proven working experience of 2 years in a relevant role 
  • Excellent command of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Greek and English
  • Excellent knowledge of the local property market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines
  • Team-player with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
