Job Description
As the Technical Team Lead, you will oversee a talented team of developers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and align with the company’s standards and goals. With your strong technical background and leadership skills, you will facilitate smooth project execution, provide guidance to the team, and resolve any roadblocks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of web and app developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks, set project timelines, and monitor progress.
- Act as the main point of contact between developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the team.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive remote work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance team performance and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing web and app development teams.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing diverse team members.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi is a bonus.
