Your Mission: 

The core mission of the Sr. Paid Social Media Buyer is to scale and optimize our Client ad accounts based on their North Star Goal. You will also craft the high-level strategy needs for your Clients to be successful. In this role, you will work directly with our Head of Growth & WKND Partner, Grayson Cross.

WKND Digital, the fastest growing Direct-To-Consumer Digital Marketing Agency in the USA, is looking for a Sr. Paid Social Media Buyer. We are a team of nearly 50 people around the world.

  • 1 office, our main headquarters, in Sacramento, California
  • Remote positions all around the world

Initiatives / Outcomes for Success:

  • Achieving 90%+ of Client Revenue and Spent to Atlas
  • Leading Biweekly Client Calls
  • Running Internal Team Bi-weekly Client Strategy Calls
  • Weekly A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, etc.
  • Provide monthly creative insights and analytics to Creative Team for new ad creative
  • Providing Client Updates

  • Understanding customer behaviors
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A strategic and analytical thinker who follows through to execution with unyielding attention to details
  • Data-driven and results-oriented 
  • Positive “can-do” attitude to get things done
  • Superb communication, presentation, and authentic storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of the DTC marketplace
  • Strong listening skills to understand clients' visible and invisible needs
  • Experience in multiple FB Ad Accounts

Deal Breakers:

  • Inability to take constructive criticism 
  • Less than 3 years of e-comm marketing experience 

Compensation:

  • $65k - $130k/yr ($60k - $80k base salary + generous profit share)
