Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Operations Manager to lead our design team, optimize creative workflows, and ensure our design execution is fast, scalable, and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing graphic design team to deliver top-tier creative assets for email & SMS campaigns.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and relentless pursuit of results within the team.
  • Develop performance standards and feedback loops to enhance efficiency and reduce revision cycles.

Creative Workflow Optimization

  • Design scalable SOPs that streamline creative processes from ideation to execution.
  • Reduce revision cycles by analyzing feedback trends and implementing proactive solutions.
  • Track key metrics like turnaround times to ensure deadlines are consistently met while maintaining quality standards.

AI & Automation Integration

  • Identify and implement AI-powered tools to enhance personalization and workflow efficiency.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to free up creative bandwidth for high-value projects that drive measurable outcomes.

Data-Informed Design Optimization

  • Collaborate with data analysts to ensure creatives are informed by A/B testing results and performance metrics.

  • Expertise in email & SMS design workflows with tools like Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive.
  • Strong knowledge of AI-powered tools for process optimization.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional consultative communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of building scalable systems that deliver repeatable results at speed.
