As a CRO Assistant, your core mission is to support the Founder of FORMULA (one of WKND’s subsidiaries) in optimizing client websites, landing pages, and testing strategies to drive better conversion rates and achieve high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Support:

Work directly with the CEO to assist in daily tasks, focusing on efficiency and completing delegated tasks in ClickUp.

Support client communication for obtaining necessary information or deliverables, ensuring all relevant materials are gathered and added to their respective ClickUp tasks to facilitate smooth workflows and efficient project management.

Assist with ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s priorities and timelines.

CRO Audits and Data Analysis:

Assist with conducting CRO audits, including UX/UI and technical audits, to identify opportunities for improvement.

Analyze user behavior, website performance, and conversion metrics to provide actionable insights.

Landing Page Management:

Build, optimize, and maintain landing pages using Replo and other platforms, customizing existing templates (within our own specialized workflow) with the right content, copy, and images.

Ensure landing pages are high-performing, conversion-focused, and on-brand.

Testing & Experimentation:

Assist with designing, executing, and monitoring A/B and multivariate tests using Intelligems, VWO, and other CRO tools.

Collaborate on developing test hypotheses and executing a fast-paced micro testing schedule.

Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize GA4 and other analytics platforms to track website and landing page performance and reporting findings to the CEO.

Create custom reports, interpret the data, and suggest actionable recommendations for optimization.

Work closely with the CEO to translate data into effective CRO strategies.

Collaboration:

Work with developers, designers, and content creators to assist with the implementation of CRO recommendations.

Assist in cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that client goals align with the agency’s broader objectives.

Delivering 95%+ of projects on time.

Less than 5% rework

Efficient communication to ensure quality of results.

You are excellent in cross-departmental collaboration and communication.

You have a strong understanding of the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketplace.

You have knowledge of full-stack CRO and data-driven optimization.

Technical Competencies:

2-3 years experience with CRO, digital analytics, and performance marketing.

Experience with testing platforms like Intelligems, VWO, or Optimizely.

Proficient in using GA4 for data tracking and reporting.

Familiarity with landing page builders (like Replo) and optimization tools.

Bonus Points: Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
