Our client, a boutique wealth management firm, is seeking a dynamic Financial Associate/Relationship Manager to join their team. This individual will work through the leads in the current CRM, providing top-notch service and financial advice to clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with clients, discussing financial plans, asking for referrals, and identifying additional opportunities for growth within the existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients from the firm's CRM, offering personalized financial planning and advisory services
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met
- Diligently follow up with clients in the existing book, addressing needs and ensuring regular communication
- Confidently ask for referrals and leverage existing relationships to expand the client base
- Collaborate with clients to create and adjust comprehensive financial plans
- Provide education and guidance to clients on financial strategies and products
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and investment opportunities
- Monitor client accounts and ensure appropriate recommendations are made
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or client-facing Associate
- Series 7 license required within the first year
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and retirement planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities within the book of business
- Comfort working with CRM software to manage and track client relationships
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000-70,000 base salary
- Total compensation: $90,000 depending on experience and performance
