The Relationship Management Manager will build strong customer relationships, identify new market opportunities, maintain sales pipelines, and provide sales forecasts. This role requires regular customer visits and efforts to convert and maintain a loyal customer base.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.

  • BE / B.Tech with 5 years to 10 years' experience in similar Industry / capital machinery Industry

 

Project Management and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution, delivery, and installation.
  • Manage the order process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Oversee post-sales support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the machinery.

 

Reporting and Administration:

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Share insights and feedback from the field to help improve products and services.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
