As the team is growing, we are looking for a Regional Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist to perform the following tasks:

  • ​Drive the optimization of regional financial processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability

  • Oversee financial operations for multiple locations within the region, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate standards and local regulations

  • Develop, mange and control of regional budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, aligning with organizational goals

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Implement and monitor internal controls across the region to safeguard assets and maintain data integrity

  • Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to develop and execute financial strategies.

  • Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

  • Monitor and enhance internal controls to safeguard financial data and mitigate risks

  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership

  • Plan and oversee internal and external audits for regional operations, addressing audit findings and implementing corrective actions

  • Evaluate the financial impact of new business initiatives, expansions, or acquisitions within the region

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-location capacity

  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)

  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 

  • English (proficient), preferably local language (fluent)

  • Analytical abilities, problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational skills

  • Intercultural experience & skills

  • Interpersonal skills (power of persuasion, conviction and well-argued reasoning, proven to maintain & build up relationships and networks with relevant decision makers and stakeholders
