As the team is growing, we are looking for a Regional Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist to perform the following tasks:

Drive the optimization of regional financial processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability

Oversee financial operations for multiple locations within the region, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate standards and local regulations

Develop, mange and control of regional budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, aligning with organizational goals

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.

Implement and monitor internal controls across the region to safeguard assets and maintain data integrity

Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to develop and execute financial strategies.

Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
-
Monitor and enhance internal controls to safeguard financial data and mitigate risks
-
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership

Plan and oversee internal and external audits for regional operations, addressing audit findings and implementing corrective actions

Evaluate the financial impact of new business initiatives, expansions, or acquisitions within the region
Your Profile / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

8-12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-location capacity

Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

English (proficient), preferably local language (fluent)
