Join our collaborative international team in an exciting role as the Regional Sales Manager. In this position, you will become an expert in a forward-thinking technological environment, playing a crucial role in our business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and profitable sales of our Access Control and Video solutions across Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and other Eastern European countries. You will report directly to the Sales Director in Belgium and collaborate closely with a team of Regional Sales Managers, Technical Sales Engineers, and Business Development Managers. After a comprehensive onboarding process, you will establish strong relationships with both internal and external partners to boost sales.

How You Will Do It:

  • Visit current and prospective partners to generate new business opportunities and promote our product portfolio, including negotiating pricing and terms.
  • Organize partner events such as Technology Days and participate in trade shows and seminars.
  • Collect, analyze, and organize market, partner, and competitor data to identify new business opportunities and provide insights to our product and marketing teams.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including Facility and Security Managers, Architects, Consultants, and General Contractors.
  • Oversee sales activities and provide ongoing support to partners, including order follow-up, keeping partners informed, and arranging product sales training.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in Slovak (Czech) and English.
  • Education in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience with selling enterprise solutions in Access Control and Video Solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for learning about new technologies.
