You lead a team of field sales representatives to ensure delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for a particular area.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Lead and Inspire Your Team: Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Representatives to deliver best-in-class execution and achieve sales targets.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies that align with Mondelēz's goals, ensuring effective product distribution, visibility, and promotional execution across your territory/channel.
- Analyze and Act on Market Insights: Assess market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Budget and Resource Management: Optimize regional budgets, resources, and operational processes to achieve efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold Mondelēz's policies, standards, and legal requirements within the region.
- Analyze and enhance existing RTM models, focusing on improving efficiency, coverage, and cost-effectiveness, evaluate and implement alternative RTM strategies.
- Collaborate with distributor to streamline delivery networks and optimize product availability.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.

Job specific requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in FMCG is highly desirable.
Travel requirements:
- Willingness to travel within your district as needed.
- A valid driver's license
