Salesfolks is hiring a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of our client, an innovative leader in industrial valves, actuators, and flow control solutions. This role is your opportunity to drive growth and make a significant impact in Georgia and Florida, representing a brand known for its cutting-edge technology, superior product quality, and commitment to engineering excellence.

As the Southeastern RSM, you’ll forecast and manage sales, lead distributors and representatives, and foster relationships with high-potential customers. With extensive field time and strategic oversight, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of flow control in this dynamic territory. Ideally you'll be centrally located to canvas the Georgia and Florida Territory (e.g. Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville).
What You’ll Do:

Sales Leadership:

  • Create and manage annual sales forecasts for distributors and representatives.
  • Develop strategies to break into new markets while expanding existing ones.
  • Host customer-focused events such as seminars and plant tours to showcase our client’s industry-leading capabilities.
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Utilize your expertise to make pricing decisions and provide valuable input on quotes and strategies.

Planning & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with distributors to target high-potential accounts and plan joint calls.
  • Submit regular updates on territory activities, wins, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to ensure seamless follow-up and reporting.

Training & Distributor Development:

  • Provide hands-on training to representatives and distributors, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Evaluate distributor performance and recommend changes or enhancements to strengthen market coverage.

Administrative Oversight:

  • Work with senior leadership to identify and onboard new distributors as necessary.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on the performance and effectiveness of distributors and representatives.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales or sales management experience in industrial flow control, valves, or related products.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 OTE (based on experience), with a $7,200 annual car allowance.
