Job Summary:
1. Responsible for overall delivery of team's sales performance and acquisition of new business in the area of assignment.
2. Retention of assigned area's quality business.
3. Implementation of strategic initiatives to build and maintain cordial business relationships with bank partners and other stakeholders
4. Grow and retain dedicated sales distribution model.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least bachelor's degree graduate
  • Minimum 7 years solid managerial sales experience in insurance or banking or other related industries
  • Able to motivate, inspire and lead a team to deliver sales targets and achieve KPIs.
  • Relationship management
  • Able to coach, train and develop both individuals and teams to improve their performance.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels in an organization,
  • Excellent planning and execution of initiatives
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
