The Regional Functional Lead will be working as part of the Global Process Excellence team and will lead organizational, standardization, and program management within the Connect PPG SAP S/4 Hana global implementation project.
The scope of this role includes the following:

Developing and implementing procedures to measure business resource network touchpoints, concerns, and adoption

Developing and implementing procedures to measure record-to-report standardization against the global template

Participation in the development of communication material (agenda/content) for Business Process Leader meetings

Developing and overseeing organizational tools or applications to manage timelines and deliverables
-
Recognizing impacts within stream, cross-stream, and across programs that require action for Connect and working to remove or mitigate risks

Coaching team activities as needed to optimize team efficiency
-
Serve as lead for transition from ARIS to Signavio for business processes
-
Quantify RTR change risk and create contingency plans to eliminate or mitigate the risk

Serve as a liaison with deployment team and data team to ensure alignment
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT, or related discipline
-
Minimum ten years of functional, or comparable, experience and knowledge
-
Previous ERP system implementation experience on a global scale is a plus, but not required

Ability to travel for on-site working sessions ~ 25%of the time
