We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Regional CRM Support Analyst to join our dynamic global CRM team. We have a global CRM system that ~800 user rely on every day to complete their daily tasks. This role supports these users with ensuring the system works for their needs & also provides data & insights from the system in the form of dashboards & reports.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support, system administration, and user assistance for our CRM platforms (Salesforce and in the future, Microsoft Dynamics). You will work closely with regional sales teams to resolve CRM-related issues, optimize workflows, create dashboards, and ensure that the CRM system meets regional (APAC, Americas) business needs. The role reports into the CRM Support Lead who will also be based in our shared service centre in Kuala Lumpur’s Eco City.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics users in your region, resolving CRM issues and troubleshooting system problems.
- Administer CRM system access and ensure the correct permissions, roles, and security measures are in place for users.
- Collaborate with the regional Sales Operations Manager to align CRM functionalities with regional sales processes and needs.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance, CRM usage, and other key metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of automated workflows and approval processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Support system upgrades and new feature rollouts by coordinating with the global CRM team and ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system, making recommendations for process improvements where necessary.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues before they impact end-users.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM support or system administration, with hands-on experience in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve CRM-related issues.
- Experience with CRM reporting tools and creating dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with sales teams and technical colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple support requests.
- Familiarity with CRM data management practices and data privacy regulations.
- Experience in workflow automation and CRM customization is a plus.
- Any qualifications in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics will be beneficial (e.g. Salesforce Administrator or Microsoft Dynamics Fundamentals)
- Ability to speak English to a professional level
