As an Application Specialist, you will be ensuring that our internal and external customers receive first class training and service support, maximizing customer adoption to drive Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.  

 

What you’ll do at Elekta

Applications Specialists will also be responsible for capturing customer needs relating to training and/or product performance and should communicate openly and effectively with Product and Project management Teams. 

Responsibilities 

  • Provide market-leading, tailored training to customers, colleagues, and distributor specialists. 

  • Provide professional assistance and support to Marketing/Sales, R&D and international colleagues. 

  • Ensure customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner, according to contractual obligations. 

  • Support Marketing/Sales activities at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars, when required. 

  • Maintain long-term positive relationships with customers acting upon customer feedback to drive NPS and Customer Satisfaction. 

  • Actively contribute to Service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded. 

  • Actively manage customer evaluation/ assessments to monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction. 

  • Act as a conduit between customers and product development; proactively articulate regional requirements within PCP. 

 

What you bring 

  • Experience with the following systems: Microsoft Office, Citrix and CLM. 

  • Radiotherapy or Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  

  • Strong clinical background in Radiotherapy and working knowledge of clinical workflow. 

  • Experience in healthcare /computer science /adult education to include one year of software training experience on healthcare/medical applications or other software applications. 

  • Working knowledge of Elekta hardware and software products and proficiency in assigned product specialties.  

  • Fluent in English – strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Fluent in an additional European language is a plus – strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time.
