Job Description
In this role, you will build and maintain a country-specific referral network in different therapeutic indications.
Office-Based in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain
You will:
- Search and select Referring Centers and Investigators and provide training and ongoing support to them on the referral process
- Implement the country-specific referral process related guidelines and trainings for Referring Physicians
- Prepare, conduct and report qualification visits to Referring Centers as well as further visits of the Centers, on demand
- Organize effective meetings with Referring Physicians, write minutes and follow-up on action items
- Support Referring Physicians and their staff to ensure proper and accurate task performance
- Maintain referral process-specific documentation
Qualifications
- College or University Degree in Life Science or healthcare field
- 3-4 years of clinical research experience as Clinical Research Associate
- Prior experience in communication with Key Opinion Leaders as CRA/Senior CRA
- Full working proficiency in Spanish and English
- Ability to communicate effectively with Investigators and Study Nurses
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
