Job Summary: As a Digital Document Analyst within our team, you will provide support on various initiatives by analyzing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with departments to tailor digital document management solutions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform research and analysis to resolve non-routine reference data issues, using independent judgment and technical expertise to propose solutions.
- Support operational functions, including data management, governance, sourcing, and control of reference data.
- Design and implement zero-touch data pipelines, incorporating external market and vendor data feeds.
- Develop and implement digital document management systems and workflows for efficient access and retrieval.
- Organize, categorize, and maintain digital documents, collaborating with departments to provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in digital document management.
- Train and support staff in digital document management practices and software use, monitoring processes for efficiency.
- Audit digital document management processes to ensure accuracy and assist in developing retention and disposal policies.
- Manage digital document security and access controls to protect sensitive information.
- Coordinate with IT to integrate digital document management systems with existing software and processes.
- Provide support for digital document retrieval and research requests, ensuring seamless access and utilization.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 3 years of work experience with advanced skills in MS Office.
- Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail.
- Effective communication, organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to consistently meet client requests and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members by demonstrating job knowledge.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
