We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team onsite at our Clearwater, FL location. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and collection skills, at least one-year general office experience, and is proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office. Fast paced environment. Work Monday through Friday, day shifts. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

What You'll Do:
- Assign vehicles for repossession.
- Customer service communication with customers, repossession agents, other vendors, and coworkers daily.
- Create reinstatement documents and provide to customer.
- Verify information and enter repossession and other data into customer management system ensuring thorough and accurate.
- Support team with Bankruptcy's and Impounds.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
What You'll Need:
- This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task as well as prioritize time sensitive projects.
- The ideal candidate must possess great time management skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task in challenging situations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide clear oral and written communications is essential.
- Bilingual Spanish/English
