About The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Intern to support our hiring processes. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, providing exposure to sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking sheets.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communication.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and communication.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in HR/recruitment is a plus.
