Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role you will manage all aspects of coordination/logistics including ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the interview process, interview scheduling, and more. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing a stellar candidate experience, detail obsessed, and highly organized. You are able to juggle multiple priorities at once, eager to take on increasing responsibilities.
Work Responsibilities
What you will do
- Coordinate all interviews for candidates, including phone, video conferencing, and panel
- Support feedback surveys & other important employee needs
- Maintain Workable applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy
- Manage and facilitate interviews for candidates
- Establish strong working relationships with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates.
- Deliver a seamless, positive and top-notch candidate experience
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally, with our candidates
- Ability to self-direct, problem solve, and focus on multiple details simultaneously
- Process employment information/verification requests
- Maintain people data across HR systems
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the TA Team
- Assist in developing, updating, and improving P & C and Recruiting processes

- Employees will have to work for a minimum of three days a week in the office (with the specific days being determined by your Manager), leaving you flexibility to work remotely up to two days a week.
- Employees will be able to temporarily work from a location (within India) other than their main office for up to five business days per quarter. The goal here is to give everyone more flexibility around Festival and holiday travel. Please inform your respective manager at-least 2 weeks in advance.
- To build a strong & highly-engaged organization in India, we highly encourage everyone to work from our Bangalore offices, especially during the initial office setup phase.
