Opportunity
This role will be reporting the Recruitment and Cadet Manager and will assist in the End-to-End Recruitment of Ratings and Cadet functions in support to different stakeholders like Manning Offices, Crewing, Fleet Group, Payroll and Vessel Management.
Principal Accountabilities

Create, Post and Audit JD based on hiring requirements and ensure all job ads are aligned with Company standards and tone of voice.

Conduct proper initial screening/interviews of applicants based on hiring criteria and by monitoring mails, sites and other online portals

Schedule CES or Marlins Tests/Exams for those qualified applicants based on CV Screening and monitor CES/Marlins test/exam results

Schedule Initial and Technical Interviews and monitoring status of applicants all throughout recruitment process. Schedule qualified applicants for Clinical Psychological Assessment (CPA) and Pre Embarkation Medical Exam (PEME) and monitor and coordinate with the vendors and applicants on the CPA and PEME results.

Create COMPAS profiles of new hires, and schedule new hires for New hire Orientation, Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS), APAT and other required Pre-embarkation trainings.

Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements of Ratings and Cadets are updated and complied with for endorsements. Ensure all documents and requirements are validated prior endorsements and management approval

Proper and timely endorsements of Applicants for Planning Team

Create and update Recruitment Monitoring Files and Reports

Provide support to ensure Recruitment Marketing collaterals and ads are properly and timely executed.

All other Recruitment Tasks as assigned.

In case of absence due to vacation etc., prepare a formal handover for follow up by colleagues to ensure continuity of service to seafarers and stakeholders
Requirements:

Must be a college graduate with good interpersonal and people skills.

Minimum Two (2) Years Recruitment related experience; recruitment experience in the shipping industry or manning office in maritime industry is an advantage but not required.

Possess good communication skills, organizational, time management skills

Possess analytical skills for analysing information, managing data and information logically.

Able to Multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, innovative and a good team player.

Shows and builds knowledge and experience in HR processes and International Maritime Industry

Has ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
