Recruitment Advertising Analytics Internship - Summer 2025

• Create analytics reporting on digital recruitment advertising efforts including uline.jobs, job board sites, social media, email marketing and job postings.

• Help create advertising campaigns on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, etc.

• Track and analyze advertising data to inform recruitment advertising decisions.

• Research new advertising data analysis solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to multitask and adapt while maintaining attention to detail.
