Job Description

The opportunity

Break into tech and move from a recruitment agency into SaaS! We are fully remote with flexible hours and you will have great work-life balance. With your experience in recruitment agencies, you will join a small but established and growing startup where you are still able to work with a variety of clients in a dynamic environment. Freelance recruitment moves fast and with our curated community of European tech talent, you’ll spend more time consulting with clients and less time recruiting candidates as you would in a recruitment agency.

As a German speaking Account Manager (m/f/d) at CodeControl & 9am, you will reach out to warm and cold leads to bring on new customers and account manage existing customers. You're a salesperson and a recruiter with a hunter mentality. You’ll be given warm accounts to start and you’ll build up your desk with help from a sales development rep, the team of 3 AM’s and the team Manager who will coach you and provide ongoing sales training. The team are continually sharing knowledge and growing. You’ll also get to learn directly from the Founder/CEO and make an impact on the company growth overall. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Outbound new business development and then ongoing management of those accounts 

  • Strategically reach out to warm customer leads generated by the marketing team and the sales development rep 

  • Match-making: you connect the right technical talent with the customer projects. If necessary, you recruit the talent outside of the community

  • Customer support throughout the entire cycle, from understanding customer needs to placing the right tech talent, then strengthening those relationships

  • Collaborate closely with our marketing, product and community building teams

What we're looking for

  • Experience recruiting in a recruitment agency. You are both a salesperson and a recruiter, with a hunter mentality 

  • Enthusiasm for networking and building business relationships

  • You are goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to constantly develop yourself

  • Fluent German and English
