Job summary:
As a Recruiting Senior Professional within our HR team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we are best positioned to attract, source, and recruit top talent, both internally and externally. Your primary responsibilities will include staffing the business with quality hires, providing strategic recruitment solutions, and proactive pipelining for future needs.
Job responsibilities:

  • Manage high volume hiring of job openings at various levels & lines of businesses
  • Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions & act as Relationship Manager with assigned LOBs
  • Source for qualified candidates through agreed and new recruiting channels as is fit per assigned positions
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to build diverse slates for Hiring Managers to select from
  • Provide regular progress updates to Hiring Managers throughout the process, drive recruitment process, and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner
  • Extend and negotiate employment offers with candidates by selling both the firm and the position
  • Monitor candidate flow through the pre-employment process and provide updates to the Hiring Managers and candidates in a timely manner
  • Lead, participate, sponsor recruiting-related projects


Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or any field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years end-to-end Recruiting experience supporting Volume (agent) and Specialized (non-agent) hiring in a similar environment (BPO/Shared Service)
  • Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple requirements, projects and priorities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to build relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization, as well as with external candidates
  • Ability to tap various sourcing channels
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
