Job Title: Recruiting Operations Specialist

Location: This position is onsite in Irvine, CA.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $70,000-85,000 per year based on experience, qualifications, and skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

The Recruiting Operations Specialist must be able to perform the following tasks:

• Keep the recruitment pipeline humming—posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
• Master the ATS, ensuring candidate data is spotless and ready to power insightful reports that guide smart decisions.
• Turn candidate feedback into golden nuggets of process improvement.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, spotlight trends, and suggest improvements that drive efficiency.
• Track key metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates to fine-tune success.
• Partner with HR and recruitment team members on data analytics and boost strategies.
• Ensure every recruitment step is in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications:

The Recruiting Operations Specialist must have the following experiences:

• Proven experience in recruitment operations, HR, or a related field.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plus.
