In the Role

As the LATAM Recruiting Manager, you will play a crucial role in the full cycle talent acquisition for the 2nd largest region with TripleTen.

You will have 2 primary focuses:

1. Manage a small team of recruiters focused on high volume roles in sales, student operations, and G&A.

2. You will also be the primary recruiter working closely with the Head of LATAM directly to fill specific mid-level and senior positions in marketing, brand development, product, and other roles based in LATAM. 

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Senior Leaders to guide them to optimal hiring processes and outcomes.

This position will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.



What you will do

Team Leadership

Provide strategy and coaching to a small team of recruiters focused on hiring for sales, student operations, and other G&A roles.

Collaboration and Partnership:

Build strong relationships with Senior Regional Leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment and talent attraction strategies.

Candidate Sourcing, Screening, and Selection:

Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Handle the full recruitment cycle from kick-off call to initial onboarding of new hires.

  

Monthly ATS & KPI Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).



Requirements

  • Must be based in LATAM (preferred locations are Mexico, or Colombia)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English 
  • 6-10 years of experience in full cycle recruitment (Hiring Need Intake Through Initial Onboarding).
  • 2-4 years experience leading recruiting teams and being responsible for their performance outcomes. 
  • Demonstrated ability to guide hiring managers and senior leaders toward optimal candidate selection framework, hiring process, leading to high retention.
  • Strong regional knowledge of LATAM and knowing where to look to find skilled professionals
