Recruiting Intern

Eulerity is a fast-growing company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiting Intern to support our hiring efforts. Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Communicate with candidates, providing updates and answering inquiries

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms

• Help manage recruiting-related administrative tasks and documentation

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or administration support preferred.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude, a can-do spirit, and a passion for creating a fun and collaborative work environment.
• Must be based in NYC and available to work in our Midtown office at least twice per week
