Job Description

The Employee Recruiting Consultant I, has a direct working relationship across all business areas and provides consulting services related to sourcing, researching, marketing, recruiting, screening candidates, interview management and recommendations to meet business area hiring goals. The Employee Recruiting Consultant I, manages searches by overseeing the recruiting process including the hiring strategy, sourcing approach and client relationships. They are responsible for maintaining accurate and concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment process. They also provide role/area specific

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with building a client strategy based on business goals and the client’s talent philosophy/strategy.

• Gathers and analyzes competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits, and employment practices.

• Serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment advice, consultation, and education to determine position requirements and effective recruitment strategies.

• Provides consulting services and build collaborative relationships with internal clients (HRBPs, hiring managers, senior leaders); provide updates and conduct status calls based on client need (reporting, sourcing efforts, and recruiting analytics)

• Assists with consulting services to client; and assists with staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education.

• Ensures candidate has a positive experience and applies judgment when situation deviates from practice

• The individual will work with internal clients and external resources to ensure that Talent Acquisition strategies, programs and tools provide a pipeline of qualified talent for employee positions

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
