Senior GTM Recruiter

We’re on the hunt for a Senior GTM Recruiter to fuel the growth of our North American Account Management teams and help shape the future of our business. North America is our fastest-growing market, which is why we’re looking for a new Senior Recruiter to help us scale at lightning speed.

What you'll do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting – from intake meetings and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiations, and closing top talent.
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership of our largest and fastest-growing function, Account Management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and build strategic hiring roadmaps for North America.
  • Hunt down top talent using cutting-edge sourcing techniques and creative outreach to engage the best in the business.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to refine sourcing strategies and create an inclusive hiring process that drives diversity and innovation.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring decisions and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Collaborate globally with our Talent Acquisition team, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate our hiring game.

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, especially for commercial roles like Account Management and Partnerships.
  • Next-level influencing skills and strong experience working with different stakeholders—this role is all about advising and collaborating with the hiring team to drive the best hiring decisions.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition with a deep understanding of the tech and fintech landscape (Payments experience? Even better!).
  • Data-savvy, using analytics to fine-tune hiring strategies and boost recruitment success.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable, able to prioritize, execute, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master networker, skilled in sourcing and engaging top-tier passive talent.

The base salary range for this role is $160,000-$180,000 in San Francisco.
