What you’ll do:

  • Lead Full Cycle Recruiting: Develop pipelines of qualified candidates for present and future openings. Source candidates through various databases and LinkedIn using Boolean search techniques. 
  • Deliver a “Best in Class” Candidate Experience: Develop effective and creative outreach strategies to reach your target candidate audience. Ensure that every candidate has an excellent experience interacting with the Polly team regardless of if they received an offer or not.
  • Manage the Polly Warsaw office: You are a culture carrier for our new Warsaw office. You take pride in creating a cohesive hybrid experience as the team expands. You’ll be an important connector between other dispersed teams.
  • Manage Special Projects: Lead efforts on special projects as they arise including sourcing, systems, innovation hub activation, and more. 
  • Drive Internal Alignment: Communicate persuasively in writing and over the phone to candidates, hiring managers and human resource partners. Ensure organized, accurate and effective communication to all parties throughout the recruiting process.
  • Process Focused: Ensure compliance throughout the recruiting and hiring process with all applicable policies, procedures and laws.
