Flow Traders is looking for a Recruiter to join our Recruitment team in Hong Kong initially on a contractual basis. What You Will Do
- Understand Flow Traders’ core business and the specific requirements for roles within the company
- Execute effective and creative recruitment strategies to swiftly fulfil hiring targets
- Schedule interviews, facilitate assessments and maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience
- Retain up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system and maintain talent pipeline
- Active sourcing and market mapping of technology talent using social media and other platforms
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years of full life-cycle tech recruitment experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Data driven and creative self-starter who likes to think outside the box
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
- A go-getter attitude; someone who can work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and seamlessly adapt to changing priorities
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
