Position description:
- Be a team member of General Ledger Accountants
- Be responsible for E2E RTR accounting activities, including GL and Financial Reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports generated through ERP (SAP)
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant accounting requirements, internal controls
- Contribute accounting technical assistance across the defined region and business regarding IFRS
- Operate and track key performance indicators (KPI/SLA)
- Responsible for journal entries, month-end close activity and reconciliations
- Closely cooperate with internal clients, other CoE Teams and support functions
- Support internal and external audits
- Resolve conflicts on any process issues
- Support developing and sustaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
- Create an environment based on trust, open communication, creative thinking
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent within Finance/Accounting
- 3+ years of experience as an RTR/GL Accountant
- Advanced English knowledge
- Sound understanding of accounting principles is a must
- Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is preferable
- Good MS Excel skills
- SAP experience is preferable
- Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
- Good analytical skills
- Cooperation skills oriented on result and customer needs
- Strong, professional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written English; multi lingual a plus
