JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receptionist/Admin Support (Internship)
Primary Objective of Position
The Receptionist serves as the primary 'business card' of the organization, responsible for welcoming and registering visitors according to established procedures. This role supports the organization with various administrative tasks and is 100% service-oriented, catering to both external and internal clients. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, handling telephone calls, arranging dinners, meetings, and hotel accommodations, and assisting the Office Manager with organizing events and other administrative tasks.
Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Welcome and register visitors, guiding them to the appropriate representative.
- Handle telephone calls and emails.
- Provide secretarial and administrative/organizational support.
- Ensure adherence to environmental management system requirements (e.g., ISO 14001).
Education
- Minimum MBO level education and/or experience, preferably in an administrative/secretarial field.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
Minimum Experience/Background
- International experience and strong knowledge of the English language are crucial as well as fluent Dutch.
- The Receptionist plays a vital role in communication and support within the organization.
