Job Description
This position is for our Limestone Ridge Home, located in Kingston, ON.
What you’ll be doing:
- Presents and promotes a positive image of business office and the facility to residents, family, guests, outside services and community.
- Answers telephone and place outgoing calls sand conducts facility tours.
- Performs clerical work and maintain records as required and performs clerical work as assigned from all Department Managers.
- Maintain the inventory of office supplies, forms and equipment.
- Handle payments from families, sell meal tickets, distribute pay statements.
- Adhere to established department policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, fire, safety, environment, and infection control.
What you bring:
- Business Administration Diploma preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
