Job Description:

The Receptionist is the face of our office, providing a professional and welcoming first impression for visitors and employees. You will manage the front desk, coordinate visitor access, and support administrative tasks.

Reports to: Head of Office Services & Events

You Will:

  • Greet our visitors and employees, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Oversee conference room booking, brokering space to accommodate requests.
  • Manage visitor access and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries.
  • Monitor and respond to email requests sent to team mailbox.
  • Distribute employee access badges as provided by Physical Security team.
  • Socialize and promote our office events to encourage employee attendance.

You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in office technology, including MS Teams and MS Outlook calendar management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
