Job Description
We offer a merit-based work-from-home program based on job responsibilities. After initial training in-person, this specific role could have the flexibility to work from home up to 1 days per week.
Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant professional to join our team! The position requires the following, but is not limited to:
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
- Effectively communicate with other departments through verbal and/or written correspondence.
- Operate telephone switchboard handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Organize and distribute branch mail.
- Assists with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere on request.
Desired Skills & Experience
- High school education or its equivalent is preferred
- Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organize and interpret data
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
