What you'll be doing...
The receptionist is the very public face of Northwest Administrators. Providing superior customer service is a primary goal and the receptionist plays a significant role in meeting that goal. You will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and routing them as appropriate
- Taking messages, rerouting calls, routing faxes and deliveries
- Assist walk in customers who have arrived with or without appointments
- Open and close tasks related to switch board operations and the reception area
- Other projects and tasks as assigned

- Organized. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask
- Team Player. Work with minimal supervision but also support team activities
