We are looking for a Receptionist for our office located in Belgrano, Capital Federal. This job requires office attendance everyday, from Monday to Friday.
Some of your core responsibilities will be:
- Organize the office, overseeing maintenance and reception
- Purchase office supplies and other items, such as supermarket supplies, gifts and merchandise.
- Act as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, and supplies
- Assist with travel organization, including flight and hotel bookings
- Provide general support to visitors
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist HR and Admin teams
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
- Assist in special events organization
Do not hesitate to apply if you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Have excellent digital skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suit tools. Experience using design tools such as Canva will be considered a PLUS.
- Possess great organization and time management skills.
- Enjoy working with people, have a positive energy and are empathic.
- Have an advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
